Producer Overview:
Pitticco is a small family estate in Prepotto, in Friuli's Colli Orientali, run by Sergio Pitticco and his wife Erika. They focus on the area's native red grapes, above all Schioppettino. Prepotto is the only sub-zone of the Colli Orientali reserved for a single grape, and Gambero Rosso has named Pitticco's Schioppettino among the best in Friuli.
