Producer Overview:

Maison Dousset is both a grower and a négociant in Chablis, working alongside Domaine Millet, a family estate founded by Philippe Millet and now run by his sons Paterne and Baudouin. The wines are 100% Chardonnay, raised on their fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel to keep the crisp, mineral style Chablis is known for.

Wines:

Chablis: From Kimmeridgian soils and 30-year-old vines. Light gold with green highlights; a racy nose of minerality, flowers and discreet fruit. Silky and ample on the palate, with good tension. Pair with shellfish, grilled fish or white meat in cream sauce.

Petit Chablis: Fresh, citrusy and saline; a lively everyday Chablis.
