Producer Overview:
Weinbau Dr. Lippold is a Mosel estate founded by Dr. Enno Lippold, with holdings that include parcels in the famous Ürziger Würzgarten, acquired in 2006. The wines aim for the classic Mosel balance of ripe fruit and bright acidity, and the estate's Rieslings have won gold at the Global Riesling Masters.

Empress Josephine's Riesling: Named for Napoleon's wife, who loved German Riesling. Off-dry, with lime, grapefruit and honey and bright acidity.
