Domaine Sève

Producer Overview:

Domaine Sève is a family estate in Solutré-Pouilly, at the foot of the famous Rock of Solutré. The family has made wine there since 1920. Jean-Pierre Sève ran the domaine from 1981, and his children Mathilde and Antoine, the fifth generation, took over in 2020. They farm about 7.5 hectares of Chardonnay across twenty parcels, certified HVE level 3.

Wines:

Pouilly-Fuissé: Ripe orchard fruit, citrus and a mineral backbone; rich but fresh.

Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes: From the estate's oldest vines, with more depth and concentration and a long, creamy finish.
