The Negri Winery, founded in 1953 by Nereo Negri, specializes in the winemaking of high quality Lambrusco Mantovano. The company is now managed by his son Roberto, but the family's third generation has been actively working there for years. The Negri Winery is among the first wine-production private realities in the Mantua province. The "Roberto Negri" wine selection reflects the value of the territory's tradition, whose production comes from the vineyards situated in the best wine production area for Lambrusco of Mantua, namely in Sabbioneta, in the fertile strip of land delineated by the Oglio and Po rivers.
