The Julien Baillard company is located in the center of Chablis, and is an emerging company from Domaine Baillard. For generations, the Baillard/Servin family has been devoted to the art of wine and vinification. Domaine Baillard spans 24 hectares of the most prestigious appellations in Chablis. Today, Elodie (the granddaughter of Julien Baillard) dedicates herself to vinification and Kevin (her partner) to marketing and distribution.
